An original example in really nice condition. One latch is bent a bit and it takes little of massaging to get hold. Most I have seen are not the dual hamburger version, and it appears this is a custom ordered color. Star inlays.

Also, there is a chip of paint loss on the head stock and small one back guitar. Yes, there is a bit of paint loss but nothing bad.

I am going to say original DiMaggio pickups and Mahler term. A total of about 457 were made in westerly, ri. This awesome 1980time capsule is finished in a rare, probably one-off purple burst finish.

One tuner has been replaced with a chrome. Condition is great but it 35 years old, there may be tiny imperfections these were only made for two years, thanks looking. See the pics. I can't find this color available as stock in any Guild literature, but it is the original finish.

Comes with original Guild case that is a bit beat up but does the job. I'm sure the original, black Guild tuners are quite rare, but why it wan't replaced with a one, who knows. Never bothered me as guitar left house, would look better replacement. This is an excellent condition example of a rare usa made guitar. Not the case here.
