Details:

These were only built for a few years in the late nineties and in a limited number. The details and materials are impeccable. The action is low and very soft.

The sound is not colored by the sound box. It is not plunk or small bucket sounding like the average Taylor. It has a shimmery sparkly, and more open sound. It does not have the standard metallic sound you hear out of country guitars.

It has been primarily stored since then. Comes with active pickup, eq, frequency switch, volume gain, ect. This model is known for its superb amplified stage sound.

The condition is excellent with few visual cues that it is not new. The sound is like as if it has been recorded in a good studio, and then engineered with some chorus effect and an electronic exciter. Dollars for it. The craftsmanship is superb.

It also has a bell tone sort of like chimes. This is not a common Takamine guitar. There won't be more of these available only less. This is the reason it is sought after by stage performers including celebrities who have access to the best equipment money can buy.

I bought this guitar new in 20 and used it for 18 months for praise and worship in a local church. It is not dark like my martin, or bosomy like my master built. This guitar comes with a custom hard case. Ebony fret board.
