Does not affect finish and over time it has been becoming darker with is less noticeable, This high quality Takamine from the Santa Fe Series. I hast one time attached Roland midi guitar pickup and used an invisible film to attach the Roland.

I need sell because purchased the new 35-year anniversary model of this guitar. Sounds amazing. It is an acoustic-electric, rounded cutaway with a solid cedar top, rosewood back and sides, ivories-bound body, 14 fret mahogany neck slotted headstock, 21 fingerboard turquoise inlays, painless bridge split saddles, pegged overlay, engraved gold tuners amber pearled buttons, black crows motif sound hole rosette, top purling, factory Takamine Acrostic EQ pickup system.It has 14-7/8 lower bout, 25-5/8 scale, 3-11/16 to 3-15/16 body depth, 1-7/8 nut width was made in Japan. The condition is very good small bumps and scratches nothing too extreme for the age.

The case is fine inside and scuffed up around the outside. This is a 94 model. Only a small run of 24 these guitars were made at the time. It was a perfect guitar for finger style.

I have all original case candy and ads for the model. The only new update has been an updated preamps plug in.
