Built by Gibson master-craftsmen using the same methods as all acoustic model's, j-15 has a hand-fitted dovetail neck-to-body joint secured with hide glue. Please see all photos to view cosmetic condition. The j-15 is handcrafted from solid tone woods, steak spruce top, walnut back and sides, a maple neck.

Available in antique natural and walnut burst finish. Finished with an Lr bags element pickup system. Checked by our in-house technician, the j-15 has some fret wear and play wear. Features include mother-of-pearl inlays, a walnut fingerboard, 2-piece maple neck, and mini Grover automatic tuners.
