Some owners of this model added pick guards after the fact, but to me diminishes value guitar. Double bound body and fingerboard result in a really beautiful look. Stays in tune like all high end tacks.

The Takamine logo on head stock is actually engraved inset with mother of pearl which really cool, and something not seen a vintage tak's. It is claimed, that the original owner was Murray McLaughlin, acclaimed Canadian singer, songwriter, guitarist, pianist, and there some evidence to support this. Excellent condition for a 34 year old axe.
