The condition of vintage items is pretty subjective and i'm far from any kind export on anything, just a guy selling some his stuff. I did tune up the high b and e strings to play a few notes it seemed comfortable me with that real resonant sweet vintage parlor sound. The neck feels nice and frets look feel decent to me.

The tuners are probable original, rusty, broken and all need attention. This item is sold as-is as-pictured.

The crack along base actually seems quite solid secure like a tight seem where Guitar may have been fixed in past. I post clear pictures and try to describe each item as best can.
