Frets have plenty of life in them. The hard shell case has one broken latch. Guitar is in great condition, ready to be played. Neck is straight and solidly connected to the body.

The solid spruce top gives guitar a nice tone and big sound. Thinning my collection of guitars. Tuning machines in good working order, guitar stays tuned nicely for a 12 string. For a ten year old guitar, there is very light wear.
