The case is also years old so has cosmetic wear but functions as it should. The front of guitar is super clean for a that approximately yeas old. The sound on these guitars is more clear to my ears than just about any acoustic out there.
This is a beautiful guitar with top, and in the light almost looks like brushed aluminum. The XLR portion was covered with a piece of ebony, which is also photographed. So this guitar is only set up to accept 1'4 not XLR. This guitar was pretty hard to find and cost a ton when it new.
The repair is sturdy and free from fear of re cracking but due to material back it impossible make disappear. This guitar was just given a fresh set up with 12 gauge strings and the frets were full dress by me personally are literally like brand new now. The tone that comes out of this is just simply amazing.
This is the perfect gigging guitar because after all said and done, it will only cost about 1/3 of a new one so there are no worries if you put ding or scratch on. The guitar has an ebony fret board, bridge, head stock overlay, and a beautiful multi-piece neck featuring mahogany with maple accents. The pre-amp also appears to have been replaced with an ovation op-x, actually a far better than what originally came on this guitar, but non original none less.
It has action like an electric guitar and is a true pleasure to play. Cosmetically the guitar had a small crack repair on back which is photographed.
