None of these goes through the wood at all. I ship only to the lower 45 states.

I have had many Ovations and the balladeers are my favorite. Had I not mentioned this you might even have noticed. The stand is there only for photos and but it comes with an original Ovation hard shell case.

Sorry but every shipper I use manages to damage the guitar when ship from NC.

The electronic work fine as well. It is from the 1980with classic Ovation finish cracks on top.

I did some repair on a few frets that showed wear. Sorry folks but I have had a rash of newbie buyers remorse.
