The Solo has an LR Bragg's Stage Pro Element Preamps with built in tuner connecting a brass shielded ribbon Ponder-the-saddle pickup which helps project its natural Cedar Top sound. This Breedlove model is clearly designed for both finger pickers and streamers alike by implementing use of the JDL Bridge DR inside instrument behind saddle, proven to enhance soundboard and prevent belly bulge a pick/upside-down teardrop plays side sound hole. The guitar is strung up with a new Seton custom gauge phosphor bronze strings 50, 40, 30, 20w, 14, 10. This is why I firmly believe elevated pick guards enhance play ability while protecting the finish and in this case resolves Breedlove other design mistake for not having at least a flat clear pick guard on instrument from onset. The nut and saddle on a beautifully designed painless bridge are the off-white Tusk versions really one of best materials for great string glide. Breedlove is an OR company which has established itself as a premier acoustic guitar manufacturer willing to implement the new designs and technologies enhancing guitars today. I moved the top strap button out from behind right side of neck which gets in way when playing at higher frets and it to left shoulder with a black felt washer underneath to protect finish naturally, add/glue piece polar wood inside the guitar so isn attached only. I have enhanced this Solo through just a few but significant branding changes. This will also help me in my branding and posting order. I add black in this case Safety Lock strap button washers to both buttons prevent guitar straps from coming off unexpectedly. Resolved this for the Solo by replacing guitar jack with a new stereo solder-sealed version and adding separate strap button both installed top of tear drop shaped mounting plate made from same pick guard material used to make the elevated.
